Yvonne B. (Bossinger) Andrews

   Yvonne B. Andrews, 86, of McVeytown, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at her home.

   Born Feb. 27, 1939, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Dorothy (Renninger) Bossinger.  Her husband, Charles S. Andrews Jr, preceded her in death on May 1, 2025.

   Also preceding her in death was a son, Michael Kuhn; a grandson, Brad Snyder; and a sister, Carol Harshbarger.

   Surviving are:  three children, Tonya Snyder and husband Randy, Raymond Kuhn and friend Jeanne, Angie Yoder and husband Rick; a stepson, Charles A. Andrews and wife Peggy; three sisters, Dotti Lou Fox, Janey Esper, Jeanne Hughes; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.

   In her younger years Yvonne worked at Dr. Silverstein Optometry in Newport and later retired from the Wal-Mart Vision Center.

   She was a member of the McVeytown Presbyterian Church.  In her free time, she enjoyed putting together puzzles, watching Fixer Upper, and most importantly spending time with her family.

   A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at the McVeytown Presbyterian Church, 5 North Queen St. McVeytown, with Pastor Kari Swigart officiating.  Interment will be in Mattawana Cemetery, McVeytown.

   A visitation will be held from noon until the time-of-service Saturday at the church.
