William T. Sisk, 80, of McVeytown, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Geisinger - Lewistown Hospital.
Born April 17, 1945, in Jersey City, NJ, he was a son of the late Michael and Genevieve (Oleck) Sisk. His wife, Patricia A. (Coyle) Sisk, whom he married Aug. 4, 1974, survives.
Also surviving is a brother, James Sisk and wife Lola Camacho, of Secaucus, NJ.
Preceding him in death were six siblings, Richard, Mary, Michael, Agnes, Kathryn, and Genevieve.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam era, having served from 1962 to 1966, and attended Rutgers University.
An engineer, IT specialist, and technical writer, he was employed by IBM in New Jersey and Colorado before retiring from Falcon Air Force Base.
Bill was an American Legion member in Secaucus, NJ, and enjoyed carpentry and remodeling their homes.
A committal service with military honors will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, at the Brigadier William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 350 Province Line Rd., Wrightstown, NJ 08562, with Father Holtz officiating.
