Paul L. Miller

    Paul L. Miller, 90, of Juniata Terrace, Lewistown, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Geisinger-Lewistown Sentinel.

   Born Sept. 28, 1935, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Wilmer and Helen (Fleck) Miller.  His first wife, Margaret J. (Smith) Miller, preceded him in death on May 3, 1987.  His second wife, Frances N. (Bossinger) Sunderland Miller, preceded him in death on May 15, 2010.

   Also preceding him in death was a grandson, Shawn Miller; two brothers, William Miller, Russell Miller; and two sisters, Hazel Kauffman and Catherine Miller

   Surviving are:  a son, Douglas P. Miller and wife Heather of Lewistown; a daughter, Laurie J. Bargo and husband Joel of Lewistown; six step children; three sisters, Gertrude Kenepp, of Belleville, Dorothy Spearing of Belleville, Shirley Crosson and husband Leroy of Lewistown; three grandchildren, Jason Miller and wife Renee, Jessica Knepp and husband Matt, Nicholas Bargo; three great grandchildren, Ryker Miller, Krista Knepp, and Shawn Knepp.

   He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Germany and retired from Marlette Homes in 1997 as an electrician.

   Paul was a member of the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren.

   He enjoyed hunting and attending Altoona Curve baseball games.

   Private services will be held with Pastors Connie Maclay and Rick Bender officiating.

   Interment will be in Pine Glen Cemetery.
