Patricia A. (Kratzer) Rhodes

   Patricia A. Rhodes, 70, of Ferguson Valley Road, McVeytown, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024 at her home.

   Born March 17, 1954 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Walter "Sonny" Kratzer and the late Dawn Amber (Powell) Kratzer Joseph.

   Her husband, Daryl Eugene Rhodes Sr., whom she married Oct. 13, 1973, survives.

   Also surviving are:  three children, Amy Jo Fultz and husband Michael, Daryl Eugene Rhodes Jr. and wife Natalie, Candida Dawn Rhodes; three siblings, Rose Sollers, Gerald Kratzer, Tracy Kratzer; four grandchildren, Paige Nicole Fultz, Quinnten Michael Fultz, Blake Alexander Rhodes, McKenzi Grace Rhodes; and two great grandchildren, Holden Michael Fultz and Savannah Jo Fultz.

   She was preceded in death by three brothers, Walter Kratzer Jr., Dennis Kratzer, Wayne Kratzer; a brother-in-law, Gary Sollers, and a sister-in-law, Diane Kratzer.

   She was employed in quality control at Empire Kosher in Mt. Union and along with her husband operated Daryl's Recycling for many years.

   Patricia enjoyed playing the lottery and most of all loved caring for her grandchildren and hosting family meals.

   Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Carrie Stine officiating.  Interment will be in Pine Glen Cemetery.
