Michelle Lane Obituary

Michelle J. Lane, 56, of Upper Scenic Drive, McVeytown, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at her home.

Born May 11, 1969, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Charles Yoder and the late Darlene (Rhodes) Yoder, and a stepdaughter of Deloris Bilger of Belleville. Her husband, Michael "Doug" Lane Sr., whom she married April 12, 1985, survives.

Also surviving are: three children, Michael "Dougie" Lane Jr. of McVeytown, Joshua A. Lane and wife Melissa of Lewistown, Tara L. Lane of McVeytown; a sister, Shannon Frymyer and husband Bradley of Lewistown; four grandchildren, Neveah, James, Adrian, Joanna; and a great grandchild, Locklynn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles "Toby" Yoder.

A homemaker, Michelle enjoyed crafting and flowers.

A Celebration of Michelle's Life is being planned for a future date.
