Mary L. (Smith) French

   Mary L. French, 92, formerly of Mattawana, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021 at Ohesson Manor in Lewistown.  Born Dec. 24, 1928 in Snow Shoe, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Blanche (Greene) Smith.  Her husband, Marlin A. French, preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 1999.
   Also preceding her in death was a son, Ricky L. French Sr.; and four siblings, Betty Allen, Margaret Miller, Harold Smith, and Carolyn Harshbarger.
   Surviving are:  a son, Kevin J. French and wife Marie of Mattawana; a daughter, Kathy J. Rothrock and husband Harry of Lewistown; eight grandchildren, Nicole Wagner, Gina French and fiance Rob Dippery, Ricky L. French Jr., Brandon French and wife Amanda, Kevin French, Kelby French, Amber Rothrock and fiance Brian Barr, Haley (Rothrock) Zong and husband Cody; twelve great grandchildren, Kylie Wagner, Keyarah Reesman, Dante Hill, Shelby French, Brandon French, Carly French, Corbin French, Kelsey French, Cierra Rothrock, Easton Zong, Everly Zong, Karie French; three great great grandchildren, Paxton, Kingslee, and Carter; as well as one great great grandchild due in March.
   She was formerly employed as a nurses aide at the Malta Home in Granville.
   Mary loved gospel concerts, shopping, the beach, and most of all her family.
   In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
