Marlin A. Miller, 84, of Mifflintown, passed away September 4, 2021 at Locust Grove Retirement Community, Mifflin.
Marlin was born March 12, 1937 in Mattawana to the late Elmer W. and Ruth E. (Harshbarger) Miller.
He is survived by three brothers and three sisters: Wayne and wife Nancy of Belleville, John and wife Sharon of Grabill, Indiana, Ivan and wife Colleen of McVeytown, Esther Schuyler of Newark, Ohio, Betty Miller, Lena Heister and husband Marlin, both of McVeytown; a sister-in-law, Julia Miller of Mattawana; 21 nieces and nephews; 22 great nieces and nephews; and seven great great nieces and nephews.
Marlin was preceded in death by three brothers, Clyde, Lloyd, and an infant; sister, Mary Hoover; sister-in-law Esther (King) Miller; brothers-in-law Willis Hoover and Robert Michael.
He was a member of the Mattawana Mennonite Church and later in life attended the Bethel AME Church.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021 at Pleasant View Cemetery in Mattawana with Rev. M. Leon Yoder officiating.
