Joan L. (Moist) Hartley, 59, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and formerly of McClure, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Born Jan. 8, 1964 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of Blair E. Moist of McVeytown, and the late Lois J. (Stewart) Moist.

In addition to her father, she is survived by a son, Dustin Specht, of Jacksonville, Arkansas; and four siblings, R. Scott Moist and wife Lori of Strodes Mills, Tony L. Moist of Bellefonte, Brian K. Moist and wife Angela of McVeytown, Cindy J. Sacra and husband Allen of Tucson, Arizona.

Joan was formerly employed at Conestoga Wood Specialties in Beavertown and Arkansas.

A memorial service is being planned for a future date.
