Ernest E. "Ernie" Pollock Jr.

   Ernest E. "Ernie" Pollock, Jr., 65, passed away at his home in McVeytown on May 6, 2023.

   Ernie was preceded in death by his loving parents, Louise and Ernie Pollock Sr.

   Ernie leaves behind his sisters Linda Pollock and Cindy (Pollock) McLuckie, brother-in-law Dave McLuckie, brother Bryan Pollock and sister-in-law Mary Pollock, along with 6 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. 

   Ernie was an active member of the Wayne United Methodist Church where he was the choral director and played the organ. Ernie was a graduate of Penn State University and was an avid PSU football fan.  

   He owned and operated the Kountry Kitchen for many years and was a great chef that enjoyed cooking for his friends and family. 

   A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at the Wayne United Methodist Church pavilion.

   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the Wayne United Methodist Church, 46 Millers Quarry Rd., McVeytown, PA 17051.
