Elrose E. Goss

   Elrose E. Goss, 84, of Birch Drive, Lewistown, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at his home.
   Born June 29, 1938 in McVeytown, he was a son of the late Ralph and Vera E. (Heckman) Goss.
   Also preceding him in death was a sister, Tressie Sunderland.
   Surviving are:  two children, Daniel and Barbara; and a brother, Ralph Goss and wife Beverly of Lewistown.
   A U.S. Army veteran, he served from 1961 to 1964.
   Elrose retired in 2000 from the American Hickory Division of the Mann Edge Tool Company.
   He was a member of the Centre Union Church and attended the Pleasant Acres Assembly of God.
   Private interment will be held at Mattawana Cemetery, McVeytown.
