Donna M. (Kirk) Hopple

   Donna M. Hopple, 83, of Big Ridge Road, Lewistown, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

   Born July 19, 1941 in Oliver Township, she was a daughter of the late Robert M. and Ethel I. (Spigelmyer) Kirk.  Her husband, Carl D. Hopple, whom she married June 13, 1959, survives.

   Also surviving are:  four children, Steve Hopple and wife Dawn of McClure, Carl Hopple and wife Barb of Beavertown, Lynn Rhodes and husband Ricky Sr. of Lewistown, Paula Peachey of Selinsgrove; a sister, Judy Pandel of Lewistown; nine grandchildren; four step grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and step great grandchildren..

   Preceding her in death were four siblings, Marlene Miller, Robert Kirk, John Kirk, and Mary Steele; a grandson, Ricky Rhodes Jr.; and a great grandson Carson Felmee.

   Donna was a homemaker who loved spending time with her grandchildren and their families.

   A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Harshbarger Funeral Home, 3 South Market St., McVeytown, with Rev. Jeannine Leister officiating.  Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown.

   A viewing will be held from noon until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
