Donna Jean (Harshbarger) Ciecierski

Donna Jean (Harshbarger) Ciecierski, 73, of Lewistown, passed away Wednesday November 3,2021, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital from complications from Covid.

Born October 7, 1948, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Alice Harshbarger. She is survived by; husband and love of a lifetime Fredrick L Ciecierski, daughter, Desha L Ciecierski, and daughter Candace J (Ciecierski) Springman and son-in-law Steven C Springman Sr.; two step grandchildren, grandson Steven C Springman Jr and granddaughter Abby M Springman whom combined blessed Donna to becoming a great grandmother to seven great grandchildren, and last but certainly not least her grandson Devon N Lynn whom she couldn't love more or be more prouder of, remember Nana's famous words "be careful", you are "Pap' s Bud" take care of him. She is also survived by sister Patsy and husband Gary Swartz, brother Earl and wife Karen Harsbarger, and sister Jennie (Cathy) and husband Paul Gossard and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by brother-in-law Lawrence Ciecierski and sister-in-law Rosemary Ciecierski.

Donna was a Rothrock High School graduate. Class of 1968.   She was an active member of Grace United Methodist Church. Donna worked for 30 plus years for the Mifflin County School District.

Donna was an incredibly special lady and touched so many lives and would do anything for anyone anytime and anyway she could, she had the biggest heart and love for others and her faith was the strongest of anyone I knew; she will be missed by many.

The family is having a memorial service at Grace United Methodist Church on November 20th at 10 a.m.
