David Horn Obituary
David T. Horn, 74, formerly of State Route 103 North, Lewistown, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Richfield Health and Rehabilitation.
Born Jan. 31, 1951, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Frederick T. and Blanche G. (Young) Horn.
Also preceding him in death was a sister, Kathy J. Clark.
Surviving are: two sisters, Deborah K. Steele and husband Fern, Martha L. Horn, both of Lewistown.
He attended Pine Glen Church of the Brethren and prior to retirement was employed as a janitor for Park Forest Apartments in State College.
