Barbara A. (Sweitzer) Colyer

   Barbara A. Colyer, 64, of Upper Scenic Dr., McVeytown, died on Monday, May 24, 2021 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.
   Born June 17, 1956 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late George R. and Irene E. (Brown) Sweitzer.  Her husband, Lester T. Colyer Jr., preceded her in death.
   Also preceding her in death was a sister, Caroline Wray.
   Surviving are:  a son, Kenneth T. Colyer Sr. of Florida; two daughters, Ann M. Colyer and husband Brett Bell of McVeytown, Carole L. Lane and husband Darrell of McVeytown; four siblings, Jean Hockenberry of McClure, George Sweitzer of Mifflintown, Rick Sweitzer of Lewistown, Susie Sassman of Lewistown; 12 grandchildren, Shawn Koch, Nicholas Colyer, Kenneth Colyer Jr., Mackenzie Colyer, Savannah Colyer, Allen Colyer, Brittany Bell, Bradley Bell, Bridgett Bell, Sheena Reeder, Gregory Reeder, Cheyanne Colyer; and numerous great grandchildren.
   She was employed at Pizza Hut in Burnham for over 20 years.
   A loving and caring person, her family was always her first priority.
   Services will be private.
