Barbara J. (Yoder) Bossinger

   Barbara J. Bossinger, 85, of Bossinger Road, Lewistown, went to be with the Lord and her husband Don on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
   Born Dec. 14, 1935 in Belleville, she was a daughter of the late Aaron S. and Sadie A. (Glick) Yoder.  Her husband, Donald R. Bossinger, whom she married on Jan. 4, 1958, preceded her in death on Sept. 15, 2018.
   Also preceding her in death was a son, Charles A. Bossinger Sr. on April 26, 2017; six siblings, Vesta Yoder, Samuel Yoder, Darvin Yoder, Edna Yoder Lydia Byler, Orpha Zook; and a grandson, Aaron Bossinger.
   Surviving are:  a daughter, Betty J. Stout and husband Michael of Lewistown; a daughter-in-law, Kim D. Bossinger of Lewistown; two granddaughters, Michelle DeArment and husband Matthew, Nicole Michael and husband Wade; four great grandchildren, Cory, Addison, Brooklyn, and Ella.
   A homemaker, she also cleaned house for numerous families in Mifflin County.
   She was a member of the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren, the Work and Win Sunday School Class, the Ladies Sewing Circle, and the church Choir.
   Barbara enjoyed traveling with her husband, flower gardening, knitting, cooking and baking for her family.
   She always enjoyed Wednesday breakfasts at Yetter's Restaurant with her friends, and Friday "Town Day" shopping trips with her friends.
   A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren, 61 Pine Glen Rd., Lewistown, with Pastors Randy Fiske and Ed Kauffman officiating.  Interment will be in Pine Glen Cemetery.
   A viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the church.
